Warranty

Manufacturers’ warranty information and policies for all products could be found on the respective manufacturers’ websites and are listed on the packaging.

DLTechCo directly handles warranties for the following brands and will accept defective returns for these brands for the period listed below:

Base Products: 3 Months
PowerPeak Products: 3 Months

 

• All returns require authorization from DLTechCo in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
• RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance
• Only include approved items on RMA in your return
• RMA form must be enclosed in return shipment
• RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton
• Return shipping is responsibility of the customer
• All defective returns are inspected and tested upon receipt - credit will only be issued for items listed on the RMA that are deemed defective by our inspection
• Any products returned that are not eligible to be a defect or warrantable item will be discarded and not sent back

Although DLTechCo does not separately warrant products, we do pass through all manufacturers’ warranties and will be happy to help you determine the extent of coverage for your claim, coordinate the return of the product, and assist you with the warranty support offered by the manufacturer.
